Just saw this at the warehouse, basically buy the product, print and fill in the form on the website, and mail them away with receipt.
Have to pay postage to send by snail mail. They had this last year and it was processed pretty fast.
If you are getting two, get them on separate receipts, makes it easier to send away as I think it is one per person or house.

ii. Go to www.schickfreeyourskin.co.nz, download and print out a claim form
iii. Fill in all fields on the claim form, including answers to the research
questions. The claimant must provide answers to all questions, however, the

iv. Attach the promotional sticker from the Schick product attach to the claim
form, along with the original or photocopy of the proof of purchase store
receipt; and
v. Send the claim form with the store receipt in a stamped envelope to Schick
100% Cashback Promotion, P.O. Box 124, Gore 9410, New Zealand

The promoter will accept one (1) claim per person. There is a maximum of three (3)
claims per household. Household is classified as the same street address.
