  Worth joining and keeping for any flights your might take with Oneworld. If you take a trip to Europe you could get $50-$100 in points value.

    but since i have to renew membership every years, won't the points expire if the membership is lapsed? (cause i don't want to pay $60 next year)?

      Dont need to renew every year, join once and stay a member. Points expire every 2 or 3 years i think. Although I think Qantas let you reactivate them too.
      If you travel long haul and infrequently get the points and spend in the Qantas store.
