    This thing seems more and more rife, its the 3rd one I have seen this week - usually its smaller like beauty salons etc - strange for a big corporate. Anyone get a free lunch (which is pretty vague) im guessing it wasn't the 14 course degustation at the French cafe.

      • Fine. Its a printer. Nothing special about it. Authenticate via smart card. Prints. Scans. We lost nothing the Fuji Xerox printers had

    So I did one and got an email asking what company I work for and what engineer told me about this program

        "Thanks for posting your review. The customer feedback programme we ran was a two month pilot initiative (ended on 5th July) reserved only for customers our service engineers visited during the same period.

        We appreciate any feedback from our customer that will help us improve our service level.

        I posted the review on July 2nd. Have provided a response, will wait and see.

  • Unless you're actually a customer of theirs, I'm not sure why people are getting upset about not getting a meal.
    Obviously they're not going to turn up to random places with food….

    • chaoscreater says he/she IS a customer though, so all good. I was just initially wondering why they weren’t following through with their freebie promotion, but it sounds like they HAVE now so - again - all good. And yes, I wouldn’t expect them to go thousands of km with a pile of donuts. They’d be too tempted to eat them on the way.. lol. ;-)
