Basically maximum discount is £50, or ~$100 NZD. Appears to work on any Ebay domain, and can be used to pay for orders that haven't been paid yet.

Apparently it will expire at 11am tomorrow, or sooner if Ebay decide so.

Given the horrendous USPS automatic rates I think the best buys will either be HK/China sellers where the shipping is cheaper or digital downloads(ie game cdkeys) with 'free shipping'.
