I worked out the system for the link with the BP one a while ago and modified it to suit this new offer as I had a supplementary card that I wanted to sign up too but didn't get an extra email for it as its on the same account. I just replaced the string after the offer= with the westfield part that it automatically links to from my email and it goes to the sign up page. If it doesn't work let me know and I'll delete the post.

If I use the link in the email it automatically signs me up and takes me to the thankyou page. I used this to determine the proper link for signing up.
