No idea.. It was 345/349 a month ago. They must be having trouble cleaning off old stocks.
They do the basic trick for cleaning up spills and dust and a quick once over in the car - the battery doesn't last long between charges. Fine for the kitchen, not for for doing the whole house like the $800 one.
got this after hearing all about dyson. they do look nice and i like their portability, but their suction isn't actually much to rave about. battery lasts about 30-40min for me.
great for spills and spot cleaning on the carpets/floors but if you're planning a spring clean you'll need to stop multiple times to recharge it which can be annoying.
This is a very good cleaner for its purpose. I always use it on the turbo setting which lasts about 10 minutes. It has very good suction on turbo and will beat a lot of plug-in vacuums on carpet. However it's hard floor performance is just adequate and can be quite frustrating not being able to pick up loose pieces as it the brush tends to throw them around . As with all Dyson vacuum cleaners they are rubbish at small particles (talcum powder, flour, ash etc)and that's why they have a washable filter which only has to be washed about every six months and never replaced . As for warranty I have had no problem with Dyson. Some of the material came off the vacuum head after about three years I contacted them for the part assuming I would have to pay for it , all they asked me for was the receipt from Noel leemings and posted out the part for free.
I have had one for 2 years. Battery died and NL replaced.
The filter clogs up really quickly which is quite annoying - but you can buy filters cheap from Aliexpress.
I loved it initially, but recently used my old Dyson DC14 again and it was quite a lot better.
I don't recommend this. Had mine 1 year. It really clogs up a lot. I'm now an expert a repairing this. Probably had to free up different parts of this vacuum about 30 times total in a year. It's not worth the Hassel
Had one of these, they are shiteeee. Would rate them slightly better than the $99 Kmart ones.
Replaced with a Shark and it is 500000x better.
On turbo mode battery only lasts 5min (that's official claim)
Are these any good? I see the V10 is $800 at HN/NL, is there a massive difference between the two for anyone who has had this/upgraded?
