Uber, the private transport app, is offering $20 off of 2 rides each (so total $40) for new members. This is in conjunction with restaurant month in Auckland and was found in today's Herald/Bite

The ad doesn't say when this code expires but I'm guessing probably when restaurant month ends at the end of August?

I've used Uber on a number of occasions and it works great. No need to take out cash, everything is done automatically by the app.

    any minumum fare? eg. what if the total fare $25, so I only be charged $5?

      If $25, you pay $5.
      If $15, you pay nothing.
