IMO nest mini’s are not worth it if you’re only getting one. These work really well as a stereo pair in a room.

I bought one of these this week, the $99 deal with the Chromecast.

100% would recommend. Sound is good, it won't replace my AV system but is perfect in the kitchen for internet radio, Spotify etc. Voice commands work really well.

Can see myself getting another.
