Well you have this one with FDREF16377, another on the 1st Oct was FDREF98879 and one back in Sept was FDREF26483. Also saw FDREF92556 in comments so basically seems to be FDREF and five numbers combined to get the code.

If I sign out and immediately try buying/checking out as guest the code typically doesn't work, presumably because of cookies being stored. But I don't have any issues in an incognito window (or even just a different browser). I don't think there is a dollar limit - I just tried a $1.48 clearance item and that worked fine with the code.
