I bought a pair from Adidas NZ and ETA delivery date was 22/10, I received on 02/11 or 03/11 i think.
Another warning.
When the 40% off opening coupon was out I ordered. It shipped, and three months later I was still chasing up the order. Hours later, zero help, zero response, no number to call (there is now) . Found It was sitting in their warehouse the whole time. "shipping to you ASAP!"
They canceled the order a week later.
Note you can find hundreds of the same complaints online if you look.
I have bought from here.. about 10 times .. every time they shipped within 5 days.. just my 2 cents
Please be aware that I bought something off Reebok Nz Oct 5 and did not get my order for over 30+ days. I had to contact Reebok NZ via FB messenger (no reply via emails) and they replied me in 4 days to give me my shipping info. ETA said 4/11. Come 4/11 nothing. By this time still no email confirmation of anything regarding my order. Eventually I contacted Adidas (who own Reebok, via FB messenger) who replied me saying it takes an additional 7 days to clear customs (due to covid delays and less flights), so I asked for refund and received it within 2 working days. If you have bought from them this year you would've noticed their site has delay messages due to covid, as well as them moving warehouses etc. yes this does cause delays due to less flights etc however if you are someone like me that likes to have those shipping confirmations/notifications then I do not recommend buying from Adidas NZ and Reebok NZ online for the remainder of this year.
They did not keep me updated via email and I had to chase my order via FB messenger which I did not want to do. Shipping information was not also not up to date.
Obviously your experience could be different from mine and this only applies to online purchases. I recommend you go to physical Adidas stores (or wait til Black Friday!) and stay away from online purchases from them.
