Account was tied to the billing address apparently
I did try a different address, my parents, and used my wifes maiden name and a different email and phone, the only thing in common with the previous 2 accounts I used it on was the payment method I used. Might give it another go, $5 is $5 after all….
I thought account was tied to phone number and email address.

This is their new customer sign up bonus isn't it? I've used it a couple of times on different cards but never worked out how to use it again on the same card. If anyone knows how let me know.
