Reading the details, I think so - you put code ZIP20 in after signing up for zip, which I assume gives you $20 off on the zip side. I've never used zip before though
I thought so too. The reason I ask is that TWG stopped discounts being stacked on their websites some time ago (maybe a year - not sure). However, this is a little different in that, I am guessing, the discount gets applied to your Zip account after you are done with the retailer.

I did this a couple of months ago when Zip had the same offer for Bunnings.
Holy cr*p what an incompetent company, not only are their systems broken but their customer service is broken too. I wouldn't touch Zip again, even for $50.
Anyone manage to claim this? I signed up with zip during checkout at TWH but I never got the option to enter the ZIP20 code after signup. I've messaged customer service to see if they can apply it, but I don't like my chances.
Yeah, I made an order and it didn't give me a box to apply coupon either. Just went through and accepted the order after I put in payment details. At checkout, it gave me a schedule for payment, but no coupon box. I also contacted support and was told their IT team would look into it - we'll see what comes of it..
Phew I'm not the only one. I haven't heard back on my support ticket yet. I'll update here with the outcome, please let me know how yours goes.

When you select Zip as payment method you'll get "Have a coupon code? Apply it here". I claimed it fine.

And yet another blind person here too! But I did contacted them and have $20 voucher also coming - so now I laugh to see all these comments here as it is just as I suspected that I wasn't completely stupid.
Does anyone know if this is on top of any other discounts that might apply via TWG websites, or conversely if it is not?
