It can leave a bit of a bad taste in your mouth dealing with these jokers as when your subscription is due they don't email you they just take the money out of the credit card account and to cancel you actually have to phone them as there is no setting on the app or there webpage to cancel.On the upside when you phone them you can always plead poverty and they may extend it another 12 weeks.
