I bought these a few years back and they aren't very good quality, made of chinesium metal. I ended up selling them and buying a used cast iron off trademe

yeah do your research and get some proper stuff.

Recently got a tri ply induction compatible crepe pan and its amazing the difference good cookware can make.

  I've always liked cast iron myself (at least once you get it properly seasoned), but I'm sure the teflon type stuff can be good too.

    also got a Lodge cast iron one but the cusineart one is easier to use and maintain atm
