  500w is weak…the $20 warehouse generic brand does the same.
  1000w is where the moneys at.

  I don't know the real reason why do people don't buy kogan blender. While reading through past reviews I found that they don't provide service warranty as good as Nutri Bullet. I don't know how good that holds true as they provide 1 year kogan warranty and 3 years extended warranty. Please comment about your experience as I haven't read the terms and conditions.

    Kogan's customer service is the worst. No coordination at all. They only operate through emails. I received a damaged dryer on 2 Feb, returned it on 11th Feb and it's 20th March now and still haven't received my refund. They didn't even know the return was processed when I contacted them. Unless they have a call centre or physical store, I'm not going to be making any purchases from Kogan.

    we got work tv from kogan its like a nightmare to deal with them.
    Stay away from them ,

    Kogan mobile was good not very bad but short code sms services do not work with them . eh ,
