    Just some feedback on this, Bought this in November & it just died on me, only the backlight turns on, can't even get an OSD.
    Tried to return it through the market, the actual retailer & the manufacturer and none of them are doing anything. I'd stay away from them, they've certainly lost me as a customer

      My previous return experience with The Market was very easy. Just fill out an online form, then drop off the item at one of Warehouse Group's stores. I dropped mine off at Noel Leeming and received my refund a few weeks later.

        Think that works for 30 day returns, but trying to get it sorted under warranty has been painful over the last 3 weeks, they just forward everything to the storefront and don't seem to be doing anything more than that, and I can't buy a replacement as it might just end up getting repaired.

          The market is quite slow with emails, it took me approximately 1 month, along with several emails, to go from initial warranty inquiry to receiving a courier label.

          • @Pretendability: Thanks that's good to hear, maybe there is some hope for me, are they just replacing it or refunding?

            • @paratax: Unfortunately they don't make it clear, I was told the item would need to be "assessed further", followed by a 3 - 14 day "processing time" so I'd assume a refund?

              I've been given a return label, but I was told I needed to make a return request on the website, which I can't do because the order is 'closed'. So I'm stuck waiting for an email response again.

          No, mine was a faulty item and used for a few months.

          17 Dec 2020 - Requested for return and refund via website
          18 Dec 2020 - Dropped off item
          29 Dec 2020 - Return approved and refunded the full amount

          They did offer to have the item picked up by courier, but I was going to do some Christmas shopping anyway so I went and dropped it off.

    • Damn that's some bad luck… I bought mine in December, reading you guy's comments making me paranoid now haha

      Hope it gets sorted.
