Spark Free 1GB Socialiser Data

90

Grab either a $19 or $29 Prepaid Value pack online before 14th August 2015. Just bring your existing mobile number with you and keep your pack active to get 1GB of Social Data free every month. T&C's apply.

Also, $19 Music pack is back again! Get free Spotify (save $13.99 a month)

If you are a student, even better, get free Spark to Spark Calling and to landline numbers and an extra 500mb monthly.

I'm currently on this Combo: $19 Music Pack (free spotify) + Student Deal + 1gb Free Socialiser (all for a total of $19 a month)

Vodafone only seem to counter when they start bleeding customers. They seem to only ever be reactive when necessary, never proactive.

Was going to mention the student offer I posted, great value with it all combined

  • Yeah, this is awesome deal ae. Getting a few of my mates to jump on board.

  • Hmm, I might switch this weekend.
Edit: Just read the T&Cs for the socialiser, sounds pretty useless unless you only browse photo's uploaded to Facebook as aren't videos etc just embedded?

only available on smartphones with official Facebook and Twitter apps. Excludes Facebook SMS, other alert services, and accessing video and content hosted on other sites. Access via any other means including 3rd party applications will use existing data in your plan or incur plan additional data charges applicable on your prepaid and pay monthly plan. Additional data charges will also apply for any external links accessed via these sites

    • As long as you use the Face Book app to watch videos online, that won't chew through your data.

What the T&C is implying is if you watch videos through youtube app or through another web browser, that would chew through your monthly allowance.

      Hope that helps.

      • I don't think telecom can tell the difference between watching a YouTube video in the Facebook feed vs watching an embedded YouTube video on another page. I am doubtful they could tell the difference between data streaming from an embedded video vs the YouTube site either.

  • Man, I just switched on the 26th July. Looks like I missed out!

    • You could always port out and back in, should only take a day.
