        Seems not, but you'd think they would.

        Maybe wait until your credit card expires, the bank sends you a new one, and hope that the change of expiry is sufficient :-)

      I got this one a while back, but I had registered the account some time before, and never actually ordered anything, so maybe that triggers the offer, and its only valid for those accounts they target?

      Maybe if you leave that new account for a few months, you might get the same deal.
