Have you got any other programs or downloads running? Could also try a lower quality setting.
We have the fan pass apppon and tried both tablet and iphone but doing the same thing on both, never had problem watching tv on demand etc before.
Best bet would be to contact FanPass using their live chat, they may be able to help out.
