      With all the other codes you can - when you skip weeks the discounts flow to the next unskipped weeks.

    Done, created a new account and got 2 people, 5 meals, 4 weeks.

    The CELEBRATE GrabOne code expired last night unfortunately so I purchased a GrabOne gift card from New World instead using my Amex Platinum Edge CC for some bonus points.

      Interesting. The meal selection should have confirmed last night for Sunday delivery but my account now shows plan cancelled and I have no idea what's happened to my credit!

        Odd. Mine is still working fine. Arrives Sun August 15. "You can no longer edit your order". Discount still showing in account settings too. Maybe send HF an email?

          I called them.

          They said its because their system flagged I had a discounted box previously on another account (I've gone through all the codes on Cheapies previously!).

          For this deal I'd used my work email to sign up for a new account whereas my previous account was using personal email. I did enter the same payment card for the new account though which they validate with a $1 transaction. I wonder if this is how they linked the two?

          They said I need to ask Grab One to refund me or issue a new voucher number, which we can use to sign up as a new customer in my partners name as she hasn't used Hello Fresh before.

          I've emailed Grab One but I can see this taking some time to resolve.

            @Madao: Yeah I reckon it's the card that has caught you out. I use my card for one account and Paypal for the other (same card) + different phone and email.

          When I have sent free boxes to email addresses that look similar to my own, the free box email never arrives.
