I did a price comparison with arataki honey, they have higher UMF for the same price or cheaper, even when comvita are on sale.
Apparently, not all "Manuka Honey" are the same in genuineness and quality-wise. I heard from someone a few years ago who knows someone engaged in the honey/manuka honey industry and from honesty said that only Comvita manuka honey is really "true/pure" manuka honey that is trustworthy for its "manuka honey" (UMF and whatnot) qualities. Mind you, I just eat ones from the supermarket so I'm not promoting or endorsing this brand at all but thought I'll share the info I have saved in the back of my mind :) I'm sure other manuka honey is also "manuka honey" but perhaps Comvita's price and well-established(long-standing) brand has a reason for its value.
Wow didn't know Arataki was that old - thanks for the info. I wasn't implying "old is the best" by the way ;)
I highly recommend the olive leaf extract. It's potent on the throat but if you have a cough it sorts it out pretty quick.
