I love Velvet burger though I hate this Tuesday promotion - the thing they dont tell you is you can't place an order over the phone; they just dont answer the phone & there's no voice mail message telling you otherwise. You literally have to wait in the long ass line to order then wait an equally long ass time to receive it.

Any other day (or time) you can place an order over the phone.

They don't mention this anywhere on the deal & I only found this out after complaining. As a result I haven't been back since.

    I've only ever tried the Tuesday promo after 8pm & yes on 3 separate occasions the line was out the door (10+ customers).
    
    They're usually quite busy around lunchtime though it might slow down leading up to 5pm.
    
    My gripe is that they don't state on the promotion that you can't place a phone order - I kept ringing them like a dick thinking the line was engaged.
