Ah I see it — scroll the app homescreen to the "What's New" section, then scroll across all the way to the right and it's called "Auckland Here's a Treat for You" with a graphic saying "Auckland treat for you".
I guess you have to select 'Promo Roast (Third Roast)' in Espresso Options when you order and choose your drink details. This added 60c to my order cost, not 50c as above.
yeah.. just came from starbucks… grabbed 2 drinks got 2 bags.
the 2 bags they gave are very near the best before date ( Nov 27 )

If you meant roasted then also yes, you can buy chocolate coated coffee beans and you just eat them as snacks.
