I don't use it regularly. I use it as a local storage device that sits at home and it is a clone of my cloud storage.
It is very slow by today's standards but a decent deal if you're not constantly moving data
Yes, if it's not just a backup drive, getting something like a Samsung T7 (despite the higher price) is really worth it.
