Q: Why can’t I see my discount at checkout?
A: Your order will show the full purchase value at checkout. Don’t panic! After you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email from Klarna confirming $30 will be deducted from your remaining payments. Once you’ve made your 1st repayment, Klarna will deduct $10 from each consecutive repayment, totalling $30.

Q: What happens if I pay my full order early?
A: If you pay your full order early, Klarna will issue you a $30 refund. Please note, this can take up to 10 days to process. If you don’t receive your discount amount refund by this time, please contact Klarna’s customer service team via the Klarna app.

Eligibility:

1. Subject to the Exceptions below, to be eligible to get $30 off an order, customers must make a purchase between $100 and $2,000 in a single transaction using Klarna at Kathmandu online during the respective offer period.
2. Only the customer’s first purchase per brand is eligible to have the $30 deducted from the full order value.
3. Eligible customers must select and use Klarna as a payment option at Kathmandu online. The offer is not available in store or on any other site featuring the same products.

4. For customers to be eligible to get $30 off, either:
   for Pay in 4 purchases, the first instalment must have been paid in full; or
   or Pay Now by Card purchases, the entire order value must have been paid in full.

5. You must be an New Zealand resident and at least 18 years old to be eligible for the offer.

6. Employees of Klarna, associated agencies, and each of their immediate family members are not eligible for this offer. Immediate family includes: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (including by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
7. You must pass Klarna’s credit and identity checks to be eligible for the offer.
