I've been with Stuff-Fibre for a couple of years now and I got notified that they're merging with Slingshot in May. I'm not too sure about Slingshot and the quality of their services. Do you guys have another reliable ISP with good sign-up offers? It would be good to know what others are using and relying on.

I've been with Slingshot a number of times over the years, and found them to be the best out of the lot (from a technical support perspective) - I'm with them now until the six months free offer runs out in a few weeks, at which point I will likely swap to get the best deal I can at the time (unless Slingshot come to the party with a good deal, in which case I will stay).
My experience with Stuff-Fibre was pretty poor in terms of customer service, and getting someone who actually knew more than me.
Having said that, I would imagine that support for Slingshot and Stuff-Fibre (and Orcon and any other brands in their stable) will all be the same going forward anyway.
Im in the same boat coming off the free 6 months, I managed to get 64.95 for 300/100 fibre from them for 12 months.
Good to know - I would want full speed myself, but I figure I will wait until I am within a few weeks of it ending before I start looking seriously, as new deals might come up.
Stuff Fibre has just been a brand running on top of Vocus aka Slingshot infrastructure for quite a while now so nothing about the technical quality or reliability of the service will change, just the customer service and the name on the (virtual) bill.
I've been with Slingshot for about three years and I'm really happy with the service. I had a couple of problems recently and was dreading ringing customer service (because I'm still scarred by the terrible service I used to get from Orcon, my previous provider), but Slingshot's customer service turned out to be excellent - fast, friendly and they fixed the problem. I was really surprised given Orcon and Slingshot are owned by the same company.
Slingshot aren't the cheapest though - I pay about $108 per month for their 'gigantic fibre'. But I'm happy to do that knowing it's reliable.
