Points Swap is back! Which means for a limited time only you can swap your Flybuys for New World Dollars or Gift Cards for your Easter shop! Available to Flybuys earning Clubcard members only. Along with fuel, these are the best ways to spend your FlyBuys points.

New World Dollars are available to purchase with your Flybuys Points online through the Flybuys Store at flybuys.co.nz/store from 28/03/2022 to 18/04/2022 (inclusive). New World Dollars can be used as a form of payment for purchases at any New World store including New World Fresh Collective. Excludes online purchases. 1 New World Dollar is equivalent in value to 1 New Zealand Dollar. A maximum Clubcard limit of 2,000 New World Dollars applies. You must have a registered Clubcard to swap your Flybuys Points for New World Dollars. You can sign up for a Clubcard with the New World app. Payment with New World Dollars using the digital Clubcard can only be made at South Island stores, while payment with New World Dollars can only be made with a physical Clubcard at North Island stores. Where New World Dollars are used as a payment at a New World store, no change will be given. Excludes New World fuel sites and online purchases. The amount of the purchase using New World Dollars will be deducted from the available balance on your Clubcard and the balance (if any) will remain for future use. New World Dollars expire 24 months after they're loaded onto your Clubcard. Any balance that remains on your Clubcard after expiry will not be available for use. Anyone else having trouble changing their rewards to new world dollars? For a start it won't let you tick the agree T&Cs and then if you click confirm it errors out and asks you to call the helpline.
