I was planning to get a switch for the kids and this was a big enough difference to take the plunge. Obviously returning for faults could be a PITA but I'm willing to take the risk. By comparison the best price I've come across previously is $619 less 10% (when a market special is on) = $557.10

  If you're in no rush, it was AU$469 delivered at the end of March. Roughly $510 NZ. Might hit that price again.

    Aus gst is 10%but NZ gst is 15% so it's 489/1.1*1.15

  Just picked up one from Noel Leeming for $599 and mario kart 8 for $86(CSC discount). I wanted to spend my true rewards dollors so have to get it from Noels.

  It was AU$469.41 delivered(including GST & Shipping) few days ago.
  If you want Mario Kart 8 and don't mind old screen then buy this one https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B08NBFDR2Z/ which is AU$478.96 delivered. Then sell the Mario Kart 8 + 3 month member ship for $79 on Trademe like above post mentioned.
  Both way cheaper than NZ local prices.

    if you primarily play on the TV and wont use the OLED screen this would be the better option.
