It's not bad, tastes okay and mixes well enough. I thought the chocolate tasted better than the vanilla
Tbh if you can get cookies and cream, I found that was consistently nicer. My go to for affordable protein if I can't find any one the regular supplement deals sites (nowhey, wheydeal nutritional deal etc).
My only feedback, if you are lactose intolerant, it might not be the best for you, no facts to support, just sometimes can feel quite heavy unless you water it down.
Would recommend cookies and cream or choc mint as well over the other two as I have seen them priced higher than the other two although this price is still quite bad.
Plenty of facts to support, whey is made from milk, milk has lactose. To reduce to amount of lactose you want to get a purer form of whey. Concentrate has lower purity than isolate due to a different manufacturing process, but that also makes it cheaper. There is nothing inferior about concentrate, it has simply got some more of the milk stuff left in it, some people go on and on about the extra carbs affecting your macros and such, but that's trivial. Watering it down does nothing about the amount of lactose in it, getting wpi will help as it contains less lactose.
