I don't quiet understand how a magnetic levitation motor works on a toothbrush but here you go!
Personally i have used a oclean z1 and it cleans very well at around 40,000rpm. I also recomend getting extra brushes with the initial purchase as they work out cheaper i believe.

I have an oclean one that I got years ago, which became useless due to corrosion on the charging contact surface. Looks like this is a better design? Anyone can comment on it further?
