Bit of a unique one, but if you or your partner have thought about getting one then its a good price.

Great if you're pregnant or have recenly given birth. Helps to aid in kegel recovery as its supposed to be fantastic for strengthing your pelvic floor (and a millennials gamified way of doing it too)

Website Description

Perifit is a Kegel exerciser that lets you control video games with your pelvic floor. When you contract your pelvic floor, the bird goes up. When you relax it, the bird goes down. These games were designed by female health specialists to help properly strengthen the pelvic floor. It works so well that many health professionals recommend Perifit to their patients to combat incontinence, prolapse symptoms and other pelvic floor disorders

Unsure of the original pricing as the 'NZ' website displays in Swiss Franc until you add something to cart at which point it only displays the NZ sale price in your cart

  • Floppy bird integration, impressive

    • +1

after using this for a while, hopefully nothing would be floppy anymore

  • Reduce prolapse

So it's not a sex toy?

    • +1

nope. sex toys, adult content etc are all banned on cheapies

This is somewhere between exercise equipment and a medical/rehabilitation device.

      • But it goes up your ass and vibrates. There is literally no valid exercise machine or device that vibrates that isn't a scam or a disguised sex toy,

        • haha definitely made me laugh reading that. I completely agree that the words "exercise" and "vibration" are definitely a combo that translates to scam

but for this device, your comments are wrong
          a) its a vaginal device, not for your ass
          b) it does not have any vibration at all
Since its got no vibration that makes everything you've said moot

Clearly I'm not an expert (I'm a male with no use for this device) so you shouldn't take my word for it (nor should you believe a lot that you read on the internet)

I'm just sharing what I saw as a good deal. A friend who suffered some issues after childbirth was recommended to use this (or any device like this) by a Womans Physiotherapist via the hospital.

If you're interested in sharing deals on actual sex toys, why don't you jump in the Cheapies discord server

@Tmurder91: Hmm, I could.. not.. mansplain this thing that I feel is entirely for women, to women. Naaaah (profanity) it! Now listen here honey….

            • @Antidamage: I'm not mansplaining anything. I'm backing out saying that I don't fully understand this product and so either;
              a) You're interested. Great! Go do your research or better yet speak to a professional (aforementioned womans physio) and take advantage of a deal!
              b) You think this is a sex toy. Your call. I'd recommend you report this post as if this is indeed an adults toy, it breaks the sites posting guidelines so mods will be happy to take it down which is their call.
              c) You don't care what I'm saying. Valid, I'm a stranger on the internet. Don't bother replying and wasting your brain cells on me

All I'm doing here is sharing a product that is on sale for a heavily discounted price ("the point of the website" (that was mansplaining btw))

@Tmurder91: GOD THE (profanity) MANSPLAINING YOU EVEN BULLET POINTED IT
TELL ME WHAT I THINK SO I CAN KNOW TOO

                a) your value in this conversation is much less than what you perceive to be
                2) you're the only one that cared enough to write that nonsense
                iii) didn't read lol

                • @Antidamage: I'm glad you found the humor in my post, and my VERY not subtle attempt at mainslaining. I found it funny, but sounds like thats not your sense of humor so my bad, I'm just trying to keep this lighthearted

Also, I'd argue that my value in this conversation is actually less than YOU perceive it to be too, because I think my value here is basically zero.
I posted what I thought was a good deal then (Eureka below)[https://www.cheapies.nz/comment/139919/redir) found a code that offered an even bigger discount. So clearly I'm not good at finding discounts.
Then I've clearly not understood the product and have fallen for a scam since I posted a deal about a "disguised sex toy" thinking it was something that offers value to people beyond simple pleasure.

              • @Tmurder91: Not sure why you are getting attacked, I think you have explained things well.
And yes this is designed to be a medical device, While a person could do the excerises without this, I suppose there is a market for this (much like many other smart fitness equipment )

                • +1

@rkl: Meh, probably because I spent a bit too long typing out a clear response. I've heard the internet doesn't like a healthy debate or well reasoned response, and that short trigger happy replies are the correct thing to do.

        • +1

If you need to explain you are a man, then you are mansplaining!

No, I don't regret starting this chain of events :3
