I've emailed Zip for clarification around whether it's one use of the code overall or once per store.

The same code gives you $10 off $100 spend at The Market but the description of that offer is a copy and paste of the above ($100 spend in the title, $200 spend in the body). I'll post/add that offer when I get an answer from them.

Where do you enter the Zip promo code? Once through in the Zip checkout from the market I cannot see anywhere to enter a code at all

  I would suggest anyone wanting to get the giftcard discount get in quick as it usually gets rectified fairly quickly.
