Yes. When you change, the old points will still be in the old currency, so your fuel discount is still there, the new points (anything earned from that moment on) will be in the new currency.

Anyone know if I change my Flybuys rewards to Fuel for Disney+, I can change the rewards back to Flybuys points before I redeem the fuel discount right?
