Yes, it carries over. You can pay $20+11x$10=$130 for a year. You'll get 40+11x0.25=42.75GB or 3.56GB each month.
Not as good as the current Kogan deal, but the data carries over, and you get to control when you port over.
Any idea if you can get this deal if one is already on 2degrees? I see there is place to enter a voucher number when toping up…
It's for new connections not existing customers.
Looks like it's not really carryover - you get unlimited data at full speed up to 40 Gb but then it doesn't carry over. Mislabeled at pbtech.

amazing deal. A equivalent skinny is $70. The cheapest skinny unlimited plan is $36. I pay $46 for 12GB + reduced speed unlimited
