  • Good deal! Any clue on the expiry date of the credit?

    • They didn't specify expiry date in T&C's. Someone already asked on FB, let's see what they say.

  • From FB: "The credit will have a set expiry of 31st July 2023 but will be able to be extended if required"

  • So it will work as credit instead of one-time voucher code right?

    • This is how I understand it:
Say you spend $200 that'll give you $300 credit in Parkmate app.
In my case, I use the car park only Mon - Fri. Currently, I pay $16.50 a day for Early bird.
$16.50X20 days (Mon to Fri in one month) = $330
$300 credit would last me 18 days (Mon to Fridays in one month). So Instead of paying through Direct Debit or Credit card. You'd select Credit as your payment method while paying for the carpark. If that make sense?
Since credit expires next year on 31st July 2023. You don't have to worry but if you drive often that'll be used up just in a month time.

Parkmate Website: Credit will be issued as a promo code which will be attached to your account and will be available to use from 12pm Wednesday 30th November 2022.

If you use Credit from 30th Nov. It'd last until 23rd Dec which is pretty much most workers last day in the office for the year.

  • I've been a long waiting for a parking deal. Glad they brought us something. This was much overdue.

  • I wish pay my park app had discounts

  • I think the carpark company are tight on their cashflow, just would like to raise some fund to make their balancesheet looks good, and lock down the potential customers

  • Did anyone get the credit show up in their account? This one didnt make a lot of dense to me.

    • I got it. I bought 2x$200 and they gave me one promo code for $600.

      • Thanks. I guess I just didnt understand, I went to bundles and only saw bundles relating to my work car parks, bought one of those ($85) but I guess that wasn't eligible or the right pricess as I have no credit, only the bundle promo code to use that I bought. Oh well,
