  According to their website, sensodyne uses Potassium Nitrate to soothe tooth pain, yet this doesn't have it… Does anyone have an idea as to what is in this toothpaste that works better than 'normal' toothpaste for sensitivity?

  All ingredients: Glycerin, PEG-8, Hydrated Silica, Pentasodium Triphosphate, Flavour, Sodium Lauryl Sutfate, Titanium Dioxide, Cathomer, Stannous Fluoride, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Fluoride, Limonene.
