Saw the other post about the Supreme coffee, then I remembered about this Flight deal which came up a few days ago - I personally like the Thunderbolt brew and have had great success with it on the barista express.

  I also have the barista express as well, what burr settings do you use for the top and side burr adjustments?

  Keen to give the Thunderbolt brew a try!

    Burr setting 3 and grind setting 5, pressure needle goes closer to 1 than the 12 mark, but I found it to provide better results for me. Good luck!
