i've purchased from them multiple times for mobile phones, they're a parallel import store thats been around for years

    • Yes I've purchased a few thousand $ in cameras from them they are a parallel importer, so I doubt whether the warehouse would price match.

Expert Infotech used to have a terrible reputation but seem to be fairly well reviewed now.

        • I was sold some weird Frankenstein monster of a phone from them once. Said s5 on the outside and was something else on the inside and the serial number was weird.
Put me off but was a long time ago so Iā€™d possibly give them another punt.

@Sam-D: My friend purchased a DSLR camera from them as they were the cheapest. From memory it was advertised to include 2x lenses and some other accessories (maybe an SD card), but once he picked it up he found they had opened the box and taken these lenses and accessories out the box. They were a real pain to get a refund.
But I have purchased from them before a few times with no issues.

  • I picked one up yesterday. Got rejected by The Warehouse. The guy said that the Warehouse one had more parts as shown in the images and kept offering the HD version. Noel Leeming price-matched no issues.

    • I bought a parallel imported one that didnt include a usb plug. So I guess they might be technically correct?

  • The Warehouse/Noel Leeming wouldn't price match with einfo when I tried the other week, said something about they aren't a genuine google supplier or some such.

    • Yeah, parallel imported goods arent in their matching t&c's. Anyone who thinks they're non genuine is being silly

    • See this is exactly what I thought but also thought it doesn't hurt to try and they gave me the price match, so maybe I was just lucky.

      Roughly $97 delivered.

  • The store is great - have purchased but computer stuff and phones. Have been around for many years and are great to deal with. Never had a problem. However not used them in the past 3 years so your mileage may vary
