I found a Youtube video and Amazon US Q&A state when only plug in single port both the USB-C and USB-A will deliver 33W but i couldn't find solid evidence.

  TLDR; THIS USB-A has a max output of 12W regardless of whether single or dual charging is being used.

  The USB-A on this device is equipped with Anker’s now “standard” PowerIQ intelligent fast charging which provides a maximum output of 12W. If it had either of Anker’s higher IQ ratings (2 or 3) they would proudly display this added capability beside the port (as they do for the USB-C). I’m sure they would also equally proudly incrementally price it accordingly.

  I bought one recently from Temu for $6.70 with free shipping and it was delivered within a week. If you don't care about the brand, it has got 3x USB-A and 1x USB-C. I like it so much after using it for 2 weeks. I can charge my two mobiles and one watch altogether.
