    It would be sent via courier though, not through the post, and the liability for improper delivery is definitely on them if processes aren't followed.

    If you are concerned, you could get it sent to your work address, or a family member?

      I've been trying for days, they are useless. If you don't mind, would you be able to check your box please to see what lot number/date it has? Mine has 1444. I think that means 4/4/14.
