My wise card with Indian payment only last 1 months. This month it couldn’t renew anymore.
Can I use Turkish account ? Or what else can let me continually use cheap family monthly payment ?NZ premium is 40 a months for family. That’s too expensive

I’m guessing your Google account details are wrong. Perhaps you haven’t entered a Turkish address in the right place?
Dosh, Wise, BNZ; never had an issue when I’ve used em to pay for a Turkish YT account.
If you still have indian payment profile in google. Connect to India VPN and try adding a mastercard to that profile and see if it works.
I have a working Westpac hotpoint master card for Youtube premium still.

Only for the individual plan I think (just looking at the OzBargain post I linked to above). I'm on the family plan.
Argentina still working for me. ~$4 for family plan. Price is dropping month on month thou so id imagine they will pump it back up at some point

Dosh or BNZ Visa debit card is what I use.
I have Indian YouTube family with ANZ visa and my payment also failed this month as well. Haven't tried any troubleshooting yet.
My Turkish gift card ran out a month or two ago and Netflix started charging the old NZ ASB credit card they had on file… but still at the Turkish rate. Whew

That definitely looks like your payment profile in Google is not setup properly for Turkey. Check the guide below and see if you have missed any steps.
You need to make sure you have a turkey address saved in your profile before you add any payment info. Secondly, if possible try to get VPN location as Istanbul rather then any other city in Turkey. If you are creating this profile from an Android phone, it has to be a clean android without any logins else you have to reset it to factory settings and start clean.
Get the Oldubil card
Did you get it working? Same issue as you. I also tried saving a turkey address in my profile as @ace310 mentioned below.
Only thing I haven't tried is the Oldubil card.

I cant join turkish due to credit card country issue. but i bypass cc issue in vietname. monthly pay is 10.50 now.
one more question, i want to join the "join the new family group" under that new youtube premium account, but because I have kids under my gmail. so i cant delete my family and join a new one, how can i get away from that?2 days ago i received notification from Wise and Google that my Turkey youtube premium payment was declined although I had enough money in Wise account. Logged into the gmail account and used my ASB cc as backup payment and it charged and renewed successfully the next day.
vietnam youtube auto cancelled my premium without email notification , i guess due to i changed the addy. ( but i need change it to match my current family group). also i noticed, family member can only change family once a year, so there is no way back if made mistake.
maybe easiest way is to buy 4 annual indiviual youtube premium lol
Mine got incredibly messy and now I have a burner account in Ukraine as the head of the family as it was much easier to get through using the wise card. Ukraine costs a bit more but still far cheaper than here.
My YouTube premium Indian account stopped accepting my payment method, but I changed the credit card to my wife's card (same ccard same bank) and it worked again.
As expected Youtube have doubled the price of the Argentinian plan - not surprising as it was dropping month on month and was down to sub $3 or something. I dont want to mess with it in case by changing to say India incase it stops working - for Argentina - its now up to 1569 ARS from like 700 now which seems to convert to $7.70NZD give or take some fees and fluctuations - still very reasonable for the family plan and the sub out of all of them im least likely to drop anytime soon.
115.99 TRY for Family Premium now. Similar price.
