Excerpts:

You will receive a $200 cash back on your Card Account (the “Promotion“) if:
a) you spend $1,000 or more on a single Visa Eligible Transaction using your Purple Visa Card, either in-store or online at The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Torpedo7, Noel Leeming or TheMarket during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Transaction“);
b) the Qualifying Transaction was debited against your Purple Visa Card Account, no later than 5 days after the Promotion Period has ended;
c) you are one of the first 300 customers to make a Qualifying Transaction during the Promotional Period;
d) your account details are up to date (including a phone number) and your account is open and not in arrears or overdue when the Promotional Period end; and
e) you were the recipient of the Promotion email (“Eligible Customers”).
Eligible transaction means any Purple Visa Card transaction other than a Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, loan repayments, long term interest free transactions, fees and interest and excludes Purple Dollar redemptions, purchase refunds or charges that are under dispute or are fraudulent (“Eligible Transaction”).
