NEON has great content, but still 1080P after many years of running.

This does not mean you get a year for 30% off. It means you get a year at normal price THEN a year at 30% off. Very, very unclear. Confirmed with them on chats. Sky is such a BS company.
I think thats only if you already are on an annual plan if you don't currently have a subscription you just get 30% off im pretty sure
I was on the monthly sub. Instructions said to upgrade to an Annual sub then put in the voucher code, it's not till you get to the end there's a disclaimer saying you won't get the discounted rate till the next billing cycle (in 1 year's time). So what I should have done (more fool me) is cancelled my monthly and applied the voucher after it had run out.
However, the twit I was linked with on chats said that there's no way to get the discount immediately for anyone (he was wrong obviously).
I just subscribed and was charged $125.99. Did you apply the code?

I think so even though when i contacted neon about it they said "it depends of your tv setup" but on their website it says they don't support 5.1

I canceled my sub the other day.
Just a heads up: I was on a monthly plan, followed Neon's instructions on how to get the discount by switching to the annual plan, and the voucher won't apply, I just keep getting errors. I've contacted Neon and so far their solution is to make sure my phone number doesn't have a plus sign in front of it? (I didn't even have my phone number on my account, so obviously this wasn't the issue and hasn't worked). Will update if they sort it out but right now I can't get the discount.
I think i found the issue from neon and it seems the code is BLACKFRIDAY 2023 not BLACKFRIDAY23 let me know if this works cheers
