  Did anyone get the bonus $10 gift card yet? Usually the bonus cards are sent right away (same timestamp as the $150 purchase email) but there's a delay for me this time.

    I paid just over an hour ago and still haven't received the $10 card. This is the first time that it hasn't arrived within seconds of the main card.

    No, not yet. T&Cs state:

    After a Qualifying Purchase has been made, the Bonus Digital Gift Card will be automatically sent to the email address of the customer who made the Qualifying Purchase in a separate email within 48 hours.

    So I'll chase them up if I don't hear from them in that time

  My $10 card just arrived. FWIW: I purchased a $150 card at ~20:30 on the 11th, and submitted a support ticket yesterday a little over 48 hours from the initial purchase - though I don't know whether the ticket made any difference.

    I did the same and the bonus card showed up 6 minutes after they said they would pass my ticket on to the brand team

  For what it’s worth I have always in the past received the bonus immediately. This time was different but after 3 days I emailed them, received a standard response and another 3 days later card arrived.
