Previous popular 24 day deal is back for what's probably the final round since Christmas is on Monday. It's on Wednesday again like last time, wonder if this is when all stores are definitely re-stocked?

Haven't checked stock but I expect like last time most stores will have stock but may sell out fast even by midday. Suggest visiting early if you want the deal. If you get in early and they still have no stock, you could try arguing they didn't have sufficient stock like another Cheapie did, but don't know how much success you'll have.

Other daily deals on Wednesday:

    A few weeks ago I wanted to purchase cat food that was on sale but there was none left on the shelf/in store. I asked if I could get a rain check. The Palmerston North warehouse checkout supervisor said they dont do rainchecks.

      Mine said the same and when I said they need to as they have to ensure they have adequate stock for promotions as shown at https://comcom.govt.nz/business/dealing-with-typical-situati… , they said they would honour the price on a similar item. So managed to get the slightly larger eggs for the same price.

  My local New World Stokes Valley is selling PAMS 12 pack free range eggs for $4.99 this week. Don't seem to see this anywhere else in other stores.

    Interesting. Didn't even know they had eggs under Pams brand. Seems to have existed since at least 2022 so not a new product they're just rolling out.

    Note that's for a 10 pack https://www.paknsave.co.nz/shop/product/5023573_ea_000pns so would be $6 for 12. Putting aside free range, size 7 may make up for it, average weights are about the same. Woodlands size 7 10 pack is 620 g on the box, Farmer Brown size 6 12 pack is 636 g on the box.

    That's interesting. I'm sure I checked on Monday to see if that Royal Oak deal was still around and it wasn't. Am I confused or did they stop it and restart it?

        Directly on their website. As it turns out I saved the page and can see around 2023 12 20 0637 Farmer Brown Cage-Free Barn Size 6 Eggs 12pk were $5.99 ea ($0.50/ea) so wasn't imaging it.
