All shoes I've looked at so far, are excluded.
What do they mean by "marketplace"? Is that everything on the site basically?
They sell on behalf of other stores. So they have their own products in stock in their warehouse. Those are included. Marketplace items are sold by a 3rd party. These are not included.
Ok thanks - might be a silly question, but how do I know which is which?
Here's the search page, sorted to only show items from Onceit with Marketplace removed.

You can modify the search if there is something you are looking for in particular.
On mobile click the 'Filter options' button to refine your search.
@bigcheese: Thanks for that - still dont really understand how to tell the difference but filtering works!
@wildchild: Basically I own my own online shop, I sell my own stuff and have my own stock.
My friend comes in and asks if they could use my shop to sell their own stuff, but they'll ship it from their place.
My friend is then "marketplace". If I decide to offer promos on my shop, it will include the stuff I sell. My friend may say no, they don't want to offer discounts, so I'll exclude them from the offer.
I might make a small commission by letting them use my space, but I'm not "fully" responsible for issues - I will receive them on my website, but I will get my friend involved in fixing any issues with the stuff they sell.
I probably just made it extra complicated 😂
@toomanywises: Haha appreciate your time in explaining that but it is actually telling the difference between them when shopping, as there is no "OnceIt" branded products.
@wildchild: Haha all good. If you don't use the filter and narrow it down to "Onceit" items only, then usually they will have a "in stock" note on the thumbnail, before you click on it to view.
The one item I wanted and ‘This item is not eligible for promo code discounts’
Offer now extended until midnight tonight
Don’t forget the exclusions OP
