  • Did it work for you? As on the T&Cs it says "Promotion is valid on Prezzee.com.au only.", maybe just them being lazy though.

Happens every time but always works.
Heres a post from Dec ‘23 with the same offer. Note the first comment.

      • I found one of my $10 cards too in the app. Hit refresh, and the amount changed to $0…I must of used it

Thanks for the head up. You can also buy it in app, just did it and received $10 bonus straight to my email. $100 for $110 so it's like 9% discount.

  • nice, bought one

  • Redeemable in store only

Anyone try this and try redeem the voucher as cash out on self checkouts? If it works infinite money glitch.

    • It doesn't work for cash out.

Worked for me too. As a bonus, I found I had a $10 Woolworths voucher sitting in my Prezzee account from 2022 - I can't even remember why (maybe the same deal in the past) so for me, it was a bit like getting $20 on $100!

Of course, I now have to hand back my Choice Cheapies membership card for forgetting I had that $10 in there….

Oh God I would definitely avoid this after the difficulties I had last time I got this same seal (December).

You can only redeem using the self checkouts, which obviously (if you're spending over $100) is difficult to do without exceedong the 16 item limit for self checkout machines.

Trying to redeem via a manned / womaned till is impossible. They just don't have the ability to enter in these Prezee vouchers at standard tills (I tried in 3 different stores).

In the end, I had to go through a staffed till and then have the nice lady transfer my checkout to a self checkout machine so I could complete on there.

Just wasn't worth the hassle for the ten extra bucks!

But it's just a giftcard, all the checkout operator has to do is choose giftcard as payment method and then you either scan the barcode using the barcode scanner that they have there for Onecard, or, the checkout operator can manually enter the giftcard by putting in the last digits on the barcode. I've used it at 3 of the 4 Coundown stores in Dunedin with no problems at all.

    • That doesn't really make sense, the barcode can be scanned or the numbers can be entered to the EFTPOS terminal once the operator has selected gift card payment.

      • I think perhaps I've just been a bit unlucky then with the branches / staff members I've visited to try and use mine as although I did show them the Prezee instructions re gift card, they still couldn't get the number accepted.

        Ah well

        • I think the trouble comes from when the barcode doesn't scan, and has to be entered manually, the number on the prezzee site is too long to use. And the 'in-store card number' doesn't work either.

The number that needs to be keyed into the EFTPOS terminal is 6299 and onwards of the 'code number' from the prezzee site.

  • Anyone tried to get multiple??? I know it says one per person but is that name, email, phone number? And different credit card, would Apple Pay work because it uses a different card each time or, just use Wise to make a bunch of temporary cards?

    • Yes, it is possible to purchase with seperate details then have the Prezzee cards saved onto one account.

  • Hi All,

Can anyone remember whether you have to use the $100 voucher all in one go, or can you just 'deplete' it over time (with a balance remaining on the e-gift card)?

If not, can you get cash change, and if so, is there a maximum amount of change (places often limit the cash change to $5 if they will give change at all)?

    Thanks,

    Alan.

    • You can deplete.
