ToolPRO Rotary Tool Kit 12V $45 (Was $129.99) + 25% Credit Back (Club Members, Ends 9/04) @ Supercheap Auto

180

Really good price for a cordless one. I picked a corded one up on sale for a similar price. Looks like there is plenty of stock.

OP: need to add - @Supercheap Auto (Club Members) in title.
Also expiry is at midnight tonight, although their countdown timer says it ends at 11pm because someone at SCA forgot to adjust for Daylight Saving ending!

    • Thanks for correcting that. I think only the club credit expires tonight. Item is on clearance so that deal might be until they're out of stock.

      • All good. Not me on the correcting though - that was done by chief deal editor @Wakrak (I have no special powers!)

        .

  • Damnit, now I'm considering one of these. Was thinking about one a while back but ultimately couldn't justify the price of a dremel, but $45 is real tempting and not so bad if it sits in the garage being used once a year. Still not sure what I'd use it for but that's not the cheapies way.

I am kind of in the same position.

The only thing is, that this one looks to be very low powered - some of the reviews note that it won't go through very much when using the saw blades.

  • Weird…. Ordered yesterday, pickup today… No 25% credit back on account?

    Is there a delay?

The credit is not applied for another week - 17th April. It will then expire on the 15th May.
      Here are the full terms

Yes, this 25% off is a formula they used to soaked up all previous credits because most products selling at full retail which have 30% to 40% off anyway a lot of the time being their own brand they have a huge margin. Then they have Club members on the limited time available credit so they can control their retail pricing.

      • Yes - this.

Also, click and collect orders are able to sit for up to 14 business days.
So, in true Cheapies Fashion I am going to wait until the credit comes through and then pick it up so I can use it on the same visit.

  • Thank you Cheapies Brain Trust!

  • These are the types of deals that makes me want it although I don’t need it.
    Thanks OP

  • Solid tool at a solid price. brough one for this price years ago… I've been surprised at how good it is.

I might buy another one or two… so I don't have to swap the cutting discs as often.

  • Thanks mate, I've been looking to get one of these and managed to grab one today. Too bad I missed out on the 25% credit, but it still seemed like a good deal

  • Managed to get one picked up on the weekends sale bringing it down to $36 yesterday. So little stock left now though.

Now I need to figure out what bits are what and if I actually have a use for the thing.
