  • One vote from me!

  • I don't believe the cashback is valid when buying via this link since Dick Smith is not one of Canons approved participating retailers as per their link https://www.canon.co.nz/Personal/Support-Help/Locator-NZ.

    • But if you look on the pamphlet from last week, they advertised it though. Canon cashback

    • if you click on the cashback link then click claim on the picture of the printer.

you can select dick smith in the "retailer name" field so it should be approved since they listed it on the claim form

      • If this is the case then this is an awesome deal!

I will double check it and buy now before gone if that is the case, thanks! :-)

Can confirm in the past there have been no issues with getting a Canon cashback through Dick Smith, have done it plenty of times.

      • 2 of them ordered and ready to pick up.. excellent find ArchSerpo! :-)

  • You might want to renew this deal. Printer is currently $189, so $49 after cash back, but there is also a $20 off spend $99+ which brings it down to $29 after cashback which isn't too much more.

  • Why has this been listed as EXPIRED? Still looks legit on DS website?

    EDIT - Ordered! Thanks OP!

    • It was expired as the original deal had it @ $19~ after cashback, that price expired 12am and it jumped to $49 after cashback. With today's coupon deals you can drop it to $29 after cashback, not as good, but still very cheap.

      • Edited the OP, please let me know if that is incorrect.

Oddly enough on PriceSpy it's listed as $179 but available for $156.09($16.09 after cashback) at Global PC, including shipping.

Should qualify for the cashback(use 'Other' in store drop-down on claim form)

    • WooHoo! Wholesale Prices Online Sale NOW ON!!
The 'Web Team' have overruled the 'Boss' and started the SALE early. Just click on the Shop Now button situated at the top of the Facebook page or go to Globalpc.co.nz.

Got one, the company was lovely on the phone. Hope the cashback is processed as "Other" without dramas via canon, they have been good to me in the past.

  • Anyone know how long Canon normally take to do a cashback? It says up to 28 days, but surely average time is much quicker?

    • Last time I did it it was quite quick. Definitely within a few working days

      • Do you mind adding a link to the cheaper source I posted in the OP? Only valid for today but will save people here $13 if they buy

        • Updated deal.

        • @Shaw: Thanks Shaw, was going to update once I got home but you beat me to it!

  • Dick Smith down to $153.94 today. $13.94 after cashback. If someone can find a coupon, it'll bring it into profit!

Nice spotting! I can't change it myself so have reported it to mod team

BTW if you signed up to Mate's Rates in store over the last couple weeks you'll have a unique $10 off coupon to use

      • Changed back.

      • Thanks for this! Picked up one for $143.94, $140 cash back so a $3 printer.

If anyone wants my $10 mates rates code to get a click and collect order down to $143 then PM me.

    • Code now gone.

  • Anyone else got a mates rate $10 off coupon?

    • Sorry buddy, used mine to grab another printer, the wife still won't talk to me! :D

  • $158.55 today.

    • +1

Removed "20REWARD" coupon, no longer valid.

  • Is anyone able to get the code 30XMAS working? It'd bring it down to an amazing $1.35 after CB

    • worked for me

      Subtotal: $171.35
      Delivery: To be calculated
      Discount: -$30
      TOTAL
      $141.35

But I got enough printers last year

      • Working for me now as well; have updated OP

  • I would buy it if it were any other month of the year, but I can't afford to have money locked up so close to xmas.

  • Does anyone know if I can choose click and collect for a store that is sold out? Like will they send stock to that shop eventually?

    • Na don't think so, it won't give you the option to.

You can try price match at store like Warehouse Stationery (5% price beat), Noel Leeming + JB Hi-Fi (price match - but not sure they sell it), Harvey Norman (depends on the staff). All these store qualifies for cashback.

      • only for instore pricing, this deal is unlikely to qualify since $30 is taken off via the online offer

        • Oh I see. I managed to get Noel Leeming to price match the free Canon MG5560 offer last time from Dick Smith. I guess depends on the staff working there?

  • waaah completely missed this, wish someone made a new post instead of posting here

Back to $14 from DSE if you're still keen.
      http://www.dicksmith.co.nz/hot-deals/canon-maxify-mb2360-mul…

    • It prevents duplicates which would be annoying to see this deal posted every other day when DS has an online discount active(ie 4 various % or $$ off discounts in the last 8 days plus site price changes too).

      • This deal should be amended to $14 and the expired tag should be removed IMO.

  • Went and picked up my click and collect printer, and they said they are sending me a 10 dollar voucher in the mail too! Not sure how I managed that, but I didn't say no. Profiting now!

    • possibly you gave your details instore and signed up to dse mates rates?

    • Yea, mates rates, I used mine previously and got the printer + 7 HDMI cables for under $150.

      • Any idea how many claims an individual can make on these Canon printers?

        • Na, sorry.

I'm not aware of a hard limit, but best to check the tems.

  • It's even cheaper today but stores seem cleared out from last week

    • $1.35, the same isn't it ?

      • Oops, yeah you're right. I was thinking it was $150 CB for whatever reason…
