My first post. Play daily. I won a 99c Whopper voucher today, yay!
How to Enter:
- Customer must open ‘Royal Roulette game within www.burgerking.co.nz or the BK®App and play the game during the promotional period.
- A maximum of one entry is permitted per person, per day.
- Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
- The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Prize:
There are multiple prizes to be won and these will change throughout the period of the promotion, at the discretion of the Promotor, with 4 prizes available at any one time.
Burger King NZ has the right to change the prize pool at any time. All entrants will win one of the prizes that are presented to them on the day they play the game. The Prize pool each day will consist of 1 prize from each of group A, B, C and D.

Winner Notification:
- Customers will be immediately informed of their prize. Winners of Crowns will see the points appear in their account within a few minutes. Winners of Burger King Menu items should see their offers within the "Offers Page" online (in the BK®App or at www.burgerking.co.nz) within 5 minutes. Winners will need to be logged in to their account to see and access their prize. Menu item prizes will be valid for 24 hours, and available while showing in the ‘offers’ section of the winners Royal Perks account (online or via the app).
The winner will be deemed to be the registered owner of the Royal Perks account associated with each winning entry
Redeeming your prize:
- Winners of menu items will select the prize from within their ‘Offers Page’ and follow prompts to ‘add to order’ and purchase online, or can choose to ‘use at restaurant’ by quoting the 6-digit code at Drive-Thru or In-restaurant.
- Menu item prizes can only be redeemed at participating Burger King NZ restaurants during opening hours, subject to availability.

@Alan6984: No really.. Just wanted a cheap whopper, dont really care for the points. Their was bk deal about 2 years ago where you could get a free whopper with every account, i knew a guy who went every day for months for free

The only BK in Wellington out by the airport (note, not an airport BK) tried telling me the deal hasnt started yet, then went in my phone looked at the voucher, backed out, then said "look its expired you've used it" (which should be impossible if deal hasnt started yet.
Went and sat down and swapped accounts, showed her prize on another account, acted like it was same account.WTF, that's so bad. It's motivated me to use this deal to it's limit.

BK is now owned by Tahua Group, a NZ company. I'm sure they'll reply to a complaint if you send them a message, prefably via social media.
No complaint needed as the outcome was fine. Just makes me reconsider going to that specific one (id rather complain here to advise people rather than cause trouble, eg job losses)

I claimed my burger through drive-through. Lady didn't know what I was on about (reading out the code to her) so she told me to come down to her window and then once she saw the app she understood what to do.
Same thing happened to me on the first day. Staff has to find that special 99c whopper button on her POS screen.

If you spin daily, your crowns will slowly add up. Am over 1000 too. Also crowns are easiest to get, 45% of spins (see comp details above). The comp is now a few days old, so expect less of the good stuff. Hope they switch to 99c BK chicken sometime this week, getting sick of the whoppers lol.
I haven't gotten any crowns so far, only food / drinks.

I am sure there were less sections in the wheel on the first day. I was in a BK restaurant and did a Spin to Win and won a 49¢ Creamy Mayo Cheeseburger.
I waited for it to appear in the Offers page of the app (which is https://www.burgerking.co.nz/rewards/offers on PC)
I went up to the counter, showed them my phone and the manager assured me that the competition had NOT YET STARTED ???
